Islamabad: According to news reports, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) has approved more than 5,500 residential and commercial development plans in order to boost the city’s building industry.
According to a CDA official, this is the largest number of proposals approved in a short period of time. He also announced that the Design Vetting Committee (DVC) for commercial projects will convene on June 29. The meeting will be held before the end of the fiscal year so that builders and developers can apply for the incentives that have been mentioned.

The civic agency has revealed plans to build a walk-through outdoor museum on the Pakistan Monument that will emphasize the struggle that led to the country’s founding. Photographs from the Pakistan movement will be exhibited at the museum. The project is set to start in August of this year.
