Multan: Following the good handover of Sectors M, Q, R, and Rumanza Golf Community, the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan administration has handed over the possession of 10-marla plots in Sector U, according to a post on the authority’s official Facebook page on April 13.
Project Director Brig Shoeb Anwar Kayani addressed the possession ceremony for Sector U, highlighting the housing scheme’s main features and upcoming initiatives. He also discussed the ground-breaking consumer perks, which included a waiver of construction and utility fees. Mr. Kayani noted that the DHA Multan is committed to completing all aspects of the ‘Year of Livability’ and prioritizes assisting its members.
Members of Sector U who complete their plots within 12 months of the DHA Multan possession date (May 31, 2022) will receive a 100 percent development charge waiver, according to the specifics of the incentives declared. Similarly, those who construct their plots within 13 or 14 months of taking possession will get an 80 percent discount on development fees. Members who complete their construction within 15-16 or 16-18 months of the possession date are eligible for a 60 percent or 50 percent production fee waiver, respectively.
