Peshawar: The Bank of Khyber (BoK) and the Provincial Home Authority (PHA), together with the PHA residents in Jalozai, Nowshera, reported in the press, entered a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to extend the housing finance capacity under the “Mera Pakistan Mera Ghar” plan.

The citizens will receive a subsidy of PKR 0.3 million on flats under the programme.
Ihsan Ollah Ihsan and PHA Managing Director Nadir Khan Rana signed MoU by BoK Managing Director (MD). Dr Amjad Ali, Provincial Housing Minister, Syed Muhammad Ali Shah Secretary and Aif Naseem, Chief Financial Officer of Banking Consumer Finance, attended the ceremony.
According to the sources, citizens can acquire a PKR 1.95 million financial facility at a 10 percent discount. The Bank will also give 3%, 5% for the first five years and 2, 5% + Kibore for the other ten years. In addition, the Bank will give low marking funding for the first five years.
