According to reports, National Engineering Services Pakistan (NESPAK) has begun designing the project, which is wholly sponsored by LDA funds. LDA will also use first-of-its-kind precast underpass technology to save money on the project’s construction.

Authorities have launched conversations with notable engineering firms, contractors, and construction professionals in this regard. Various alterations would be made throughout the corridor’s length, including the remodelling of Jinnah Hospital and Johar Marriage Hall Junctions, while Ravi Restaurant Junction would be permanently closed, according to the project’s proposed design.
