Multan: From Multan to Sukkur, the six-lane highway passes via Jalalpur Pirwala, Ahmedpur East, Rahimyar Khan, Sadiqabad, Ubauro, and Pano Aqil. The total cost of this project is anticipated to be $2.89 billion.
The cameras will monitor all traffic movements as well as the Challan system for overspeeding cars, and they will be put in a variety of sites along the M5 motorway.
This entire system has been mechanized to aid the Challan system throughout the highway. Challan’s account will be debited for irresponsibly overspeeding and simply breaching traffic laws.
On November 5, 2019, the M5 motorway, which includes 12 service areas and 11 interchanges, was officially opened.
