Quetta: According to the news source, a life-size statue of the late philanthropist and humanitarian Sir Abdul Sattar Edhi has been erected at Edhi’s Chowk in Quetta as a tribute to his humanitarian activities.

The sculptor Ishaq Lehri stated, “I wanted to pay a tribute to Edhi for his outstanding welfare work.” According to him, the statue is 16.5 feet in length and was completed in April 2021.

Abdul Sattar Edhi’s sculpture is an implicit collaboration with Peoples Primary Healthcare Institute to honor his divine devotion to the country.

Abdul Sattar Edhi is regarded as one of the world’s greatest humanitarian heroes. The Edhi Foundation was founded by him. The organization expanded to become Pakistan’s largest welfare agency.
