The lands, as well as the ownership rights, will be given to the RUDA. Potential land suppliers must register with RUDA by paying a one-time registration fee of PKR 50,000 and submitting an application on the prescribed form until November 20, 2021, according to the instructions. The entities would be able to collaborate with RUDA on project development after they were registered.

It’s worth noting that the RUDA project is the Ravi River’s largest planned urban development project. The project is a large-scale development proposal that is fighting to secure the requisite land from nearby landowners. In September, the authority announced that it had began making payments to the owners of the first phase of the Sapphire Bay project, which spans 2,000 acres.
