Peshawar: According to a statement on the Peshawar Development Authority’s (PDA) Facebook page on Wednesday, the rehabilitation of Nasir Bagh was completed.

According to reports, Mahmood Khan, the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), inaugurated the newly built Nasir Bagh Road to help inhabitants of Malakandher, Regi Lalma, Regi Model Town, and other private housing societies. During her speech, Peshawar Development Authority Director General Ammara Khan informed CM Khan about the importance of the road project.

The occasion was attended by Commissioner Peshawar Division Riaz Khan Mehsud, Deputy Speaker KP Assembly Mahmood Jan, and other authorities.

In another incident, Riaz Khan, Special Assistant to the Chief Minister on Communication and Works, was dissatisfied with the poor pace of building on the Charsadda-Peshawar Road and the Sardaryab Bridge. CM’s aide said during the visit that the contractor had no reason to delay the building work because sufficient monies had been allocated. Special Assistant Riaz Khan directed the contractor to speed up the construction process in order to finish the project on time.
