Quetta: According to media sources, the Balochistan government resolved on Wednesday to develop high-rise buildings and prepare new building rules for the province.
Dr. Imran Zeb Khan, the Federal Secretary for Housing and Works, met with Mathar Niaz Rana, the Chief Secretary of Balochistan, to discuss a variety of topics, including housing programs. As a result of technological advancements, the officials in attendance agreed that the building codes would be changed. He also stated that high-rise buildings should be constructed in Quetta and the surrounding areas.
Mr. Khan stated that the federal government will assist Balochistan in resolving its housing problems. He went on to say that the government has already begun housing schemes in the province as part of Prime Minister Imran Khan’s agenda.
People have high expectations from the government, according to Chief Secretary Mathar Niaz Rana. Jam Kamal Alyani, the Chief Minister, has also declared that he will use all available resources to ensure the well-being of the people. He also indicated that a colony will be built for the fisherman and that the federal government will assist with the project.
