Islamabad: According to a recent news report, on Sunday, Prime Minister Imran Khan directed the concerned authorities to reopen about 155,000 public complaints that had been registered on the Pakistan Citizen Portal to resolve the complainants’ concerns.

According to a report from the Prime Minister’s office, the Prime Minister has directed the authorities to reopen all complaints lodged by citizens who are disgruntled and who filed their complaint between July and December of last year.

The Prime Minister has claimed that this issue would be given top priority to address civic issues; however, failure to complete this mission will not be accepted.
