These Alipur Farash Town apartments are scheduled to be finished in the next two years. The prime minister noted the difficulties that the public has in obtaining loans from commercial banks for building or home purchases when speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony.

People face challenges when approaching banks for small loans, he claims. He said the government is in talks with the banks to make the process easier. The prime minister also stated that he is working on automating construction and layout plan approvals to make it easier for developers and the general public.
