Islamabad: As per the latest news, Prime Minister Imran Khan has recommended that development projects be prioritized in the next fiscal budget, with a particular emphasis on lowering the inflation rate.

On Sunday, while chairing a meeting to discuss the next fiscal budget and the state of the economy, Prime Minister said that all development projects should be completed with the public’s needs in mind.

The prime minister emphasized the importance of the forthcoming budget being people-friendly. He wants the emphasis to be on creating opportunities for young people in combined districts and improving underdeveloped areas. He said that the oppressed classes should receive assistance.

The meeting was held to get suggestions from the party’s senior leadership on the upcoming federal budget. The meeting also discussed the current economic condition, inflation policy, and development projects for the coming fiscal year in great detail.

National Assembly Speaker Asad Qaiser, Federal Ministers Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Pervez Khattak, and Shafqat Mahmood, governors of KPK and Balochistan, and other high officials attended the meeting.
