“The authority’s Enforcement Directorate, in collaboration with the district administration and ICT police, carried out an operation against the illegal occupation of agro farm plot No. 79 located in Orchard Scheme, Murree Road, Islamabad today, on the directions of CDA chairman,” read a statement issued here on Thursday.

The land had not been granted or given up to anyone, according to the document. However, some land grabbers had built structures on the site as well as running gear to prepare the ground for the construction of further structures.
