Lahore: According to the authority’s official Facebook page, the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) recently launched online payment facilities for the public, in compliance with Prime Minister Imran Khan’s vision and as per the instructions of Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar.

In this respect, the LDA made arrangements for clients to receive SMS reminders of their dues and pending payments. As a result, the client can move funds using their online bank accounts or an ATM with the 1Link facility.

The chalan forms (required to submit the dues) can be downloaded from the official LDA website. The LDA dues may also be submitted/transferred to any Allied Bank branch across the world, according to the authority.

According to reports, the LDA recently signed an MoU with Allied Bank to provide people with online payment options. The online payment options would also save people time and money by allowing them to avoid going to the LDA office or banks to complete necessary procedures, keeping them and their families safe from the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.
