Karachi: As per the latest news, the Karachi Development Authority (KDA) has released a statement reminding citizens that documents relating to land and other property concerns will be available at the land department office on the third floor of the Civic Centre.

On the orders of KDA Director General (DG) Mr Nasir Abbas Soomro, the notification was issued to assist citizens and minimize unnecessary human contacts.
Citizens will be able to obtain documents such as allocation orders, lease transfers, mutations, registered deeds, purchase lease deeds, permission to mortgage, and certified true copies directly from the department, according to the materials given. Furthermore, by presenting a copy of their National Identity card, allottees and buyers can obtain forms 0 to 7 from the cash branch on the ground floor of the civic centre (NIC).

Similarly, allottees can submit documents pertaining to their cases to the counter on the ground level.
In addition, the letter instructed citizens to file complaints against authorities on the third level so that prompt action might be done to fix the matter.
