The names of the qualified applicants have reportedly been sent to the Punjab Bank, which will issue letters of comfort to the allottees. On April 20, the winners were decided by a computerized ballot administered by Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Usman Buzdar.

Many who have been assigned apartments and need additional assistance should contact NAPHDA. Those who pass NAPHDA’s screening will be required to pay just a 10% down payment, while the remaining applicants will be required to pay a 21% down payment. After ownership, the remaining balance for the apartments will be paid in monthly installments.

This vote was held for 2,000 of the 4,000 apartments available, which will be distributed to current government employees. The remaining 2,000 apartments will be provided to non-government employees, according to the Naya Pakistan Housing & Development Authority (NAPHDA). These 4,000 apartments are part of the government’s announcement of 35,000 LDA City Naya Pakistan Apartments in the first phase.
