Lahore: In a piece of recent news, the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) is set to meet on the 30th of July to approve the LDA’s annual development budget of Rs. 35 billion for the fiscal year (FY) 2021-22.

According to the data, the Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) would get Rs. 18 billion, while the Traffic Engineering and Planning Agency (TEPA) will receive Rs. 320 million as part of the total budget plan. The governing body meeting will be attended by LDA Vice Chairman (VC) S M Imran, Member Governing Body Sadia Sohail, Amir Riaz Qureshi, DG LDA Ahmed Aziz Tarar, and MD WASA Syed Zahid Aziz.

According to a circular issued by the LDA Department Coordination & Implementation, the governing body will also evaluate and approve the LDA Joint Venture Regulations (C&I).
