Lahore: According to press reports, the Central Business District Development Authority (LCBDA) hosted pre-bid engagement sessions for the “Lahore Prime” project on Saturday (September 4). On Gulberg Main Boulevard, Kalma Chowk, and Ferozepur Road in Lahore, the project is located. The LCBDA is working on a scheme to encourage urbanisation and the construction of high-rise structures.

The “Lahore Premium” project consists of five prime location plots that will be auctioned off on September 7, 2021. (Tomorrow). The event drew significant figures from the real estate development and construction industries from Islamabad, Lahore, and Karachi. The Central Business District (CBD), which will comprise high-rise skyscrapers and urban commercial centres, is being developed on the old Walton Airport Land.

Special regulations have been passed by the government to assist investors and supply land on long-term leases. This entails a very appealing floor area ratio (FAR) of the building sites for the builders. Mohammad Omer, the commercial CBD’s executive director, said at the event that the project provides an ideal environment for company development, with some of the best facilities that would put Pakistan on the Global Business District list.
