Lahore: According to the official Facebook page of the Lahore Development Authority (LDA), Prime Minister Imran Khan will lay the foundation stone for the LDA City Naya Pakistan Apartments project on April 9. It’s also worth noting that the deadline for applying for LDA Naya Pakistan Apartments for government employees is scheduled to expire tomorrow (April 8).

S M Imran, the LDA Vice Chairman, revealed the facts. He reiterated that 4,000 apartments will be built in the first phase of the project, with a total of 35,000 apartments in the project.
Previously, the LDA had invited applications for 2,000 plots to be allocated to government employees. These units can be reserved with a 10% deposit and the balance paid in monthly installments after possession. These 650 sq ft two-bedroom apartment units are available for PKR 2.7 million to government employees. The Naya Pakistan Housing & Development Authority (NAPHDA) will provide an additional subsidy of PKR 300,000 to the interested candidates.
