Lahore: According to a recent news report, the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) Director General (DG) Ahmed Aziz Tarar visited the authority’s flagship housing project ‘LDA City’ and reviewed development works and land acquisition issues in the scheme. During his visit, Mr. Ahmad Aziz said that more than 80% of the land has been acquired for LDA City Jinnah Sector.

He also directed the authorities and related agencies to use all available resources to expedite the completion of development operations in the program, including the establishment of green belts. He also stated that the installation of power, gas, and other utility services would take two months. He also ordered the authorities to finish the remaining land acquisition work on the plan as soon as possible. It should take two months to establish power, gas, and other utility services.

On the occasion, M. Tarar stated that all LDA City file holders will be given ownership of their plots by next year. Chief Engineer LDA Mazhar Hussain Khan provided an update on the project’s continuing development operations at this event.
