The Punjab Chief Minister, Sardar Usman Buzdar, has ordered that the Jail Road underpass be remodeled to improve traffic flow and prevent future accidents as a result of the underpass’s placement. The land will be purchased for this purpose, and the underpass’s left lane will be converted to a signal-free U-turn. The project is also included in the budget’s annual development plans until 2021-22.
