Layyah: As per the latest news, Prime Minister Imran Khan launched the Insaf Sehat Sahulat Card Scheme in Layyah on Wednesday, claiming that the initiative will enable authorities to give free medical services to the general public.
“I have faith that when a state strives for the welfare of the downtrodden, it begins to flourish,” he said while addressing the distribution ceremony in the district.
The premier also praised the idea to solarize Basic Health Units (BHUs) in Layyah and other districts, adding the project will be repeated elsewhere.
He emphasized the importance of investing monies proportionately across the country, particularly in impoverished areas.
On May 24, the prime minister lauded the Ehsaas program for achieving the fourth spot on the World Bank’s list for transparently caring for the most vulnerable members of society amid the current pandemic.
“I praise Ehsaas program for making it possible,” PM stated while addressing the inaugural ceremony of the Ehsaas Saving Wallets initiative in Islamabad.
“Ehsaas Saving Wallets is particularly important because it will strengthen the banking system and bring more people into the net,” he added.
