Lahore: According to a recent news report, Future Development Holding Group (FDHG), has executed the ground-breaking ceremony for Lahore Smart City which is considered as one of the most anticipated and luxurious housing society in the city.
A large number of developers, realtors, and consumers attended the ceremony on the 24th of March, and the reaction was overwhelmingly positive.
Muhammad Aslam Malik, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of FDHG, invited the guests to the event and went through the main features and amenities that the new group has to deliver. He elaborated on the city’s infrastructure, as well as the city’s division into hospitals, recreational parks, and education sectors for ease of access.
The scheme, which was recently approved by the LDA and has already drawn the attention of stakeholders and the government. Through the use of new technologies, the initiative seeks to provide a luxury standard of life as well as maximum accessibility. The neighbourhood is split into two residential blocks, executive and overseas, with plot sizes varying from 5 Marla to 1 Kanal.
