Lahore: Participants at a meeting held on Thursday at the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry voiced worry over the city’s dwindling parking space and called for the construction of parking plazas in all major marketplaces as soon as possible.
Mian Tariq Misbah, CTO Muntazir Mehdi, AC Faizan Ahmad, Tepa Chief Engineer Abdul Razzaq, and Lahore Parking Company Board of Director Chairperson Rubina Nazar Sulehri were among the speakers.

The CTO asked traders to participate in the fight against encroachment. He stated that recommendations from the business community for bettering traffic management would be welcomed. The building of plazas at Mochi Gate, Kashmiri Gate, Beadon Road, Hall Road, Shahalam Gate, and other marketplaces, according to LCCI President Tariq Misbah, should begin immediately.
