Quetta: The administration of Balochistan has established two new districts and a division in the province, bringing the total number of divisions and districts to seven.
According to a notification issued by the Board of Revenue, the provincial cabinet approved the division of Zhob into two divisions, Zhob and Loralai. The districts of Loralai, Duki, and Musakhail make up the Loralai division. In addition, the districts of Zhob, Sherani, and Qila Saifullah will be part of the Zhob division.

Furthermore, the Qila Abdullah district is separated into two new districts. The Qila Abdullah district will include the tehsils of Gulistan, Deobandi, and Qila Abdullah. In addition, the tehsil Saddar Chaman and the city of Chaman will make up the new Chaman district.
In another move, Balochistan committed to expanding its development cooperation with the central government. During the meeting, various topics were covered, including the automation system for the Public Sector Development Programme (PSDP) and the Budget 2021-22.
This is the first time the PSDP has established an automation system and an app to help track data about the initiatives, according to Chief Minister Jam Kamal Khan Alyani.
In addition, the Punjab government and the city of Quetta have struck an agreement on the beautifying of Quetta.
