Islamabad: According to the officials, the Blue World City housing society is going to be launched soon as soon as they will get NOC approval from Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA).
The project is being developed by Blue Group of Companies, a well-known real estate developer in Pakistan. The project will include residential, commercial, and recreational facilities.
Furthermore, it will also feature a central business district, a lake, a golf course, and several parks. It will be designed to cater to the needs of all types of people, including families, professionals, and tourists. It is expected to create thousands of job opportunities and will be a major contributor to the economy of the country. The project is expected to be completed by 2021.

The development work on this housing society is going on at a fast pace and most of the work is completed. Moreover, the management team of this society is now working on Gates 2, Gate 3, and Gate 4 after the successful infrastructure execution of Gate 1.
The management also chose the perfect place for this society on main Chakri Road, near Burhan Interchange, M-2 Motorway, and the CPEC Route.
