Quetta: According to an advertisement published in national dailies, the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Quetta management has solicited expressions of interest (EOIs) from well-known enterprises to commercialize its two state-of-the-art shopping malls, encompassing 8-kanal land in Smart City (Phase-I).

The fact that these shopping centres would be ready for sale and rental options, as well as having high-end amenities, was noted. The following are the inventory details for the two retail centres of malls:

Shopping Mall 1 features:

  • Banks
  • Departmental store
  • Mail and cargo
  • Offices
  • Joy land
  • Fast food court/kiosks
  • Indoor/outdoor restaurant
  • Spacious rooftop

Shopping Mall 2 features:

  • Showrooms for brands only
  • Offices
  • Banquet halls
  • Meeting rooms
  • Hotel
  • Rooftop restaurant

DHA management has also announced that the project partnership shall be exclusively liable for the nationwide advertisement campaign along with the brand intake. The deadline for submitting the EOIs is January 1, 2022.
