Multan: According to a post on the authority’s official Facebook page, the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan administration has announced exclusive inventory for Sindh National Identity Card (CNIC) holders.

According to the instructions, interested candidates can get, fill out, and submit application forms, as well as the processing fee, at the DHA Multan Property Expo. The balloting for the aforementioned plots will take place on November 21 at 5 p.m., according to the announcement. The following are the specifics of the plot payment plan:

Furthermore, the DHA administration grants a 50% membership price waiver for plots and files. Flexible payment plans with the following rebates have been designed in order to assist customers:
• 5% discount on a two-year plan
• 10% discount on a one-year plan
• 15 percent discount on a lump-sum payment
The processing fee can also be paid in cash, through online bank transfer, or by paying the order in the name of DHA Multan. It is exclusively available to inhabitants of Sindh and Karachi, as previously stated. Customers will be able to visit Meezan Bank’s booth at the event for assistance. In addition, the management provides on-the-spot transfers.

Apart from this, DHA Multan is also launching Phase 1 Ballot 3 files on cash via its registered dealers. The payment of file can be paid through online bank transfer, pay order, and cash in the name of DHA Multan. This offer is only for CNIC holders of Sindh and PKR 32,000 shall be charged as a 50% membership fee. The price of the plots are as follows:
