Multan: According to a post uploaded on the authority’s Facebook page on August 13, the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Muslim Commercial Bank (MCB) to accept dues from non-resident Pakistanis (NRPs) via their Roshan Digital Accounts (RDA).

According to the terms of the arrangement, both NRPs and resident members will be able to make online payments to DHA Multan through MCB’s mobile app and web portal. Members can pay their dues by going to the app’s ‘Bill Payment’ feature.

The administration signed a similar deal with Faysal Bank Ltd in June, allowing NRPs to use their Roshan Digital Accounts to clear DHA Multan’s dues via the bank’s web portal and mobile app.

The DHA Multan administration inked a deal with Bank Al-Habib Ltd in December 2020 to provide a ‘Home Construction Finance Rate’ for members, as part of its commitment to introduce member-oriented policies. The participants were offered a home construction loan at a subsidized rate of 1 Year Kibor + 1.75 percent every year under this agreement.
