Multan: According to a post on the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan administration’s Facebook page today, the soft launch of Pakistan’s First Championship Signature Golf Course “Rumanza” was held on Friday (September 17).

The launch was carried out by Chairman Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC), Lt General Muhammad Waseem Ashraf, HI(M), according to the data supplied in the tweet. DHA Multan is striving hard to become the world-class sports capital of Southern Punjab, according to the chairman, who spoke at the occasion. He went on to say that the government is working to encourage a healthy lifestyle.

Furthermore, Chairman PMC Lt Gen Muhammad Waseem stated that the Rumanza Golf & Country Club will be a golfer’s heaven, as the club will feature themed lakes, fairways, and lush greens. In addition, the chairman presented Haider Ali, Pakistan’s first gold medalist at the Paralympics 2020, with an allotment letter and complimented him for becoming a DHA Multan brand ambassador.
