Gujranwala: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Gujranwala has shared some ‘good news’ with investors who are interested in the recently launched new inventory. According to the authority’s official Facebook page, the time for submitting booking forms for the freshly announced commercial plots, villas, and flats has been extended.

The authority has also issued a poll date to choose successful applicants for these apartments, in addition to offering a nearly 10-day extension. According to the information provided, the deadline for submitting booking forms for these units is July 27, and the poll will be held on August 6.

According to reports, the authority announced the extension in response to investor demand and because the deadline occurred near to the Eid-ul-Adha festivities.

On June 30, DHA Gujranwala announced a restricted supply of 5, 6, and 10 Marla villas, 4 and 8 Marla commercial plots, and hybrid luxury apartments. The previous deadline for submitting a booking form for these units was July 18.
