Bahawalpur: According to a message uploaded on the authority’s official Facebook page, the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Bahawalpur administration inaugurated the first Base Transceiver Station (BTS) tower constructed by Zong – a cellular carrier in Pakistan – on Tuesday (December 14).

The project was officially launched by Project Director Brig Basharat Ali, according to the details. Residents will have access to 4G services and ordinary cellular communications after the BTS tower is installed.
The DHA management described it as a critical step toward improving the society’s living environment. The administration of the DHA Bahawalpur is committed to keeping its commitments and improving the residents’ quality of life.

It is worth noting that the DHA Bahawalpur administration and Zong administration signed a contract in November to provide cellular services to the society’s valued members. According to details shared, the cellular company will provide mobile services to Sector A, B, C, and D Villa Community.
