Islamabad: Director General (DG) Tariq Rashid of the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) visited the building sites of three housing developments in the capital city on Friday (November 26), according to press reports. Kashmir Avenue Apartments, G-13 Chaklala Heights, and Skyline Apartments, Islamabad was among these projects.

According to reports, the DG requested that these projects be developed and completed quickly. The three housing complexes are proceeding quickly, according to a FGEHA spokesman, with completion expected soon.

The DG was informed that the Chaklala project has 3,432 apartments, while the Skyline Apartments have 3,945 units, during his tour to the site. All of these apartments will be offered to federal government employees in the coming years.

It was also revealed that the FGEHA would begin new residential housing projects for employees in order to solve the mounting concerns with residential units. In this context, the authorities have advertised Expressions of Interest (EoI) for the land sharing in leading newspapers.
