Islamabad: According to news released on Friday by the Capital Development Authority (CDA), development work at Sector I-15 is progressing at a steady pace (November 19).
According to the details, out of 10,000 plots in the sector, 3,000 are ready for possession. A large portion of the work has also been done, according to the report. The CDA began development work in Sector I-15 last year, which included the construction of roads and streets.
The development work will be completed by the end of next year, according to the authorities (whose names were not released). Work on Sub-sectors 1/3 and 4 is now underway, according to officials, while CDA will shortly issue tenders for Sub-sector I-15/2.
Furthermore, according to CDA spokesperson Syed Asif Ali, the management is focused on all delayed sectors, including E-12, and development work is progressing. According to the specifics, all of the affected people would be given a plot in Sector I-12. Many of those affected were paid, with only a few remaining. According to reports, the federal cabinet directed CDA to handle Sector E-12’s concerns and build the sector for the relief of allotters.
