NAPHDA would provide a subsidy of PKR 0.3 million to 2,000 government employees who have obtained an apartment in the LDA Naya Pakistan Apartments project through a recent ballot. The approved flat is 650 square yards in size and will cost 2.7 million dollars.

According to the authority’s previous announcement, individuals who receive the additional NAPHDA subsidy will be required to pay a 10% down payment, while the rest of the applicants would be required to pay a 21% down payment with monthly payments due after possession.

The deadline to apply for the subsidy is June 25, and beyond that date, the NAPHDA will assess the application to see if it is eligible. For added convenience, the LDA claims that all relevant information, including bank data, is also available on the website.
