According to a notice posted on the institution’s official Facebook page, the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has extended the deadline for submitting applications for LDA City Naya Pakistan Apartments due to popular demand and a positive response initiative.
Over 11 thousand applications were submitted for inclusion in the apartment referendum, according to LDA. LDA has agreed to extend the deadline until April 12 due to the overwhelmingly positive response.

The previous deadline for submitting applications for apartment units for current government employees with a monthly salary of PKR 50,000 (after deductions) was April 8. With the extension, applications will be accepted until 11 p.m. the next day.
Those who are interested can apply online at the Bank of Punjab’s official website. The form available must be filled out and printed before being sent to the banks nearest branch, along with a PKR 500 processing fee.
The Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan is scheduled to lay the foundation stone for these apartments today, according to a related announcement made by LDA Vice Chairman S M Imran (April 9).
