Lahore: According to a news report published on October 20, the Punjab government has granted the National Logistics Cell (NLC) and Frontier Works Organisation (FWO) the contract for the construction of low-cost houses under the Naya Pakistan Housing Programme (NPHP).

In low-cost initiatives, the two organisations will now build residences and carry out infrastructure improvements. NLC and FWO will build 10,000 low-cost NPHP units under this deal, with 700+ units being built at Raiwind, Lahore.
