PESHAWAR: Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mahmood Khan has announced that the Swat University of Agriculture will be inaugurated in June.
According to a tweet, he expressed these views to a delegation from the Mingora bench of the Peshawar High Court Bar Association, which visited him at the Chief Minister’s House on Tuesday. The land acquisition process for the Swat Motorway’s second phase, according to Mahmood Khan, is currently underway.

The chief minister stated that his government was committed to developing all areas of the province consistently. He said that when various current programs are completed, they will serve as a watershed moment to resolve public concerns.
“The government’s ultimate mission is to ensure that people have access to necessities of life and that their problems are resolved at their doorsteps,” he said.
Given the country’s difficult financial condition due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Mahmood Khan said the government did not compromise its development agenda and completed several projects.
The chief minister said that his government is working to improve all sectors. He said that a workable development plan had been formulated with the demands and issues of various regions in mind.
He mentioned that daily monthly meetings were held to discuss the status of uplift projects. He said that work on upgrading district headquarters hospitals and revamping primary and rural health centres was in full swing, intending to provide people with high-quality healthcare.
On occasion, the chief minister presented the high court bar delegation with a grant-in-aid cheques.
