Swat: Mahmood Khan, the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, launched four development projects in Swat district on Friday, totaling Rs. 2.39 billion.

The building and black-topping of the Manglawar-Malamjaba Road, the development of a Service Delivery Center at Charbagh, the standardisation of the Government Girls High Secondary School Manglawar, and the establishment of the Charbagh Rescue Station are among these initiatives.

The chief minister told a public gathering in Manglawar that uniform development of all the province’s districts was his ultimate goal, which is why he, as the chief minister, was paying close attention to the development of all sections of the province.

He made it clear that whatever development activities were carried out in Swat would also be carried out in the province’s other districts. The chief minister added that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa was currently at the top of the list in all aspects, citing continuing development and reform activities in the province.

Those who labelled the present administration as chosen were, according to the chief minister, chosen and incompetent. The so-called politicians should be aware that the current inflation is the result of their own terrible policies, he added, adding that billions of rupees in loans were borrowed in the previous two administrations.

The chief minister stated that the administration was well aware of the people’s hardships and that every effort was being made to provide relief.
