In a meeting attended by CDA officers and project consultants, CDA Chairman Amer Ali Ahmed reviewed work on the Islamabad Metro Bus project from Peshawar Moor to New Islamabad International Airport. During the meeting, it was discovered that some components of the project’s scope of work, which had been started earlier, were missing.
As a result, CDA built a separate PC-1 in cooperation with specialists to include required capabilities such as an intelligent Transportation system, which includes automated fare collection, security surveillance, bus scheduling, vehicle location system, and command and control system, among others.
