According to a CDA press statement, parking space would be allocated near ramps in accordance with international norms.

To accommodate differently-abled people, building construction bylaws have been revised, making the installation of ramps, parking, and washrooms necessary. The goal of these programs is to provide a pleasant environment in recreational places for differently-abled individuals so that they can participate in healthy activities as well. Additionally, the departments involved are working on lane marking and safety science around the city, according to the report.

It’s worth noting that many private and government buildings in Islamabad, notably the CDA and MCI’s historic double-story buildings, are inaccessible to differently-abled individuals because they lack lifts or ramps. However, the municipal agency has just begun to pay attention to the concerns of people with disabilities.
