BATTAGRAM: The Battagram tehsil municipal administration has placed panaflexes and banners in prominent locations to highlight Pakistan’s and China’s 70-year-long diplomatic ties and friendship.
The TMA staff has installed banners and panaflexes at prominent locations along the CPEC route from Thakot to Kakti tunnel district, inscribed with different friendship messages and highlighting the two countries’ services for each other, on the orders of the secretary local council board.

According to a TMA official, China has proven to be a reliable ally of Pakistan, standing by its side at all times of crisis.
He went on to say that all mega projects, including the Karakoram Highway and now the CPEC, had contributed significantly to the country’s growth.
According to him, a Chinese couple married in the Kuzabanda camp here in accordance with Pakistani custom, demonstrating unity, affection, and appreciation for the local community.
