Malik Amin Aslam, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Climate Change, recently stated that the government is taking tremendous effort to develop tourism and the forest sectors, with Balochistan being the ideal place for preserving pure natural beauty.

Amin told the official media at the Quetta Press Club that the country’s goal of planting roughly 10 billion trees has been met thanks to the country’s public-private collaboration.

He went on to say that Pakistan was among the top ten countries most affected by climate change, as well as famine owing to diminishing rainfall, and that rising temperatures have harmed the areas of Balochistan, necessitating tree planting to minimize the area’s severe impact.
