Al-Kabir Town claims to be the first housing project in this area to receive approval. Dr. Saqib Amjab, the CEO of the Akhuwat Foundation, was also present at the signing of the memorandum of understanding (MoU).

Following this development, potential buyers in Al-Kabir Town will be able to obtain loans with favourable terms for the purchase or construction of their homes. The housing scheme previously reported that they were in talks with the foundation about Prime Minister Imran Khan’s low-cost housing initiative and that they will soon be announcing “a wonderful opportunity for the city.” Sui gas installation is already underway in Al-Kabir Town Phase II, indicating that the housing project is moving quickly.
