The LDA has finalized an agreement with Chiniot Housing Scheme, a copy of which would be presented with the Lahore High Court (LHC), according to the post. Plot allottees of LDA Avenue-I will obtain confirmation on their plots once the legal parts of the agreement have been addressed. The statement went on to say that, by the LHC’s regulations, a ballot will be held to assign plot numbers to the remaining plot holders.

This agreement was finalized between the management of the Chiniot Housing Scheme and the LDA in June of this year. Under the terms of the agreement, the former gave up 1,675 Kanals of property to LDA Avenue-1, as well as a 120-Kanal farmhouse that the LDA will turn into 100 plots.
