Islamabad: According to news published today, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) has allocated 321 plots in Sectors I-12 and I-14 to citizens “in place of deleted plots” through balloting conducted by the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) (April 12).
According to CDA officials, these plots were allocated to people whose land was wrongfully allotted to multiple individuals during the maps’ design revision. People whose land was incorrectly allotted to numerous individuals during the design revision of the maps (double allotments).

According to a government official statement, 205 plots were allotted in Sector I-12, and 116 plots were allotted in Sector I-14. Several CDA officers were present at the balloting of these plots, which took place at CDA headquarters.
According to reports, the civic authority also intends to allot plots to affected residents of Sector E-12 in order to reclaim the sector. At the moment, the affectees’ applications are being scrutinized.
