Lakki Marwat: Several permanent and temporary structures were razed to recover the Pakistan Railways land from grabbers during an anti-encroachment operation in Lakki city and Serai Gambila town on Friday.

Additional assistant commissioner Ishaq Ali Khan supervised the operation in Lakki city while assistant commissioner Umer Bin Riaz oversaw the action in Serai Gambila. Officials of Pakistan Railways were also present on the occasion.

An official said that the administration with the help of machinery demolished shops and illegal constructions built on the railway land. He said that over 70 kanals of state land was retrieved from land grabbers during the operation.
